About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties, and communication challenges. You''ll work closely with class teachers and other professionals to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every child can reach their potential.
