Your new company You will be joining a leading organisation delivering essential works across high-speed roads and motorways. The team is responsible for maintaining safe, compliant and efficient operations across a busy network, with a strong focus on drainage, lane closures and traffic-managed environments. Your new role As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee night-shift operations across multiple sites between the Welsh border and South Lancashire. You will be responsible for managing teams on live highways, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. Your duties will include: Supervising drainage works and general highways/plant activitiesManaging teams within lane closures and high-speed motorway environmentsEnsuring full compliance with health and safety standards and site documentationCompleting shift reports, near-miss reporting and escalating issues appropriatelyCoordinating with internal and external contacts to resolve on-site challengesSupporting planning, sequencing and safe delivery of worksPromoting a professional, engaged and positive team culture What you''ll need to succeed SSSTS certification (essential)Minimum 1 year supervisory experience on highways projectsExperience working on motorways, including lane closures and traffic-managed areasStrong understanding of drainage worksConfident managing teams and enforcing safety standardsAbility to work nights (6pm-6am) with flexibility across a 5/7 patternFull ..... full job details .....
