The successful candidate will manage a caseload of non-litigated personal injury claims valued up to £100,000, progressing each case efficiently from initial instruction through to settlement. The role requires sound legal judgement, a strong understanding of procedural rules and a commitment to achieving timely and cost-effective outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of non-litigated personal injury claims valued up to £100,000 efficiently and profitably Meet performance targets relating to settlements and fee recovery Deliver outstanding client care and achieve excellent client satisfaction ratings Handle Fixed Fee and Portal RTA claims, including untraced and uninsured MIB matters, maximising damages by pursuing all appropriate heads of loss Obtain and review medical and non-medical evidence in line with track requirements and recoverability Use the PI Calculator and other tools to support case progression Advise clients on risk areas, including fundamental dishonesty and ensure evidence is properly cross-referenced for accuracy Liaise with clients, insurers, ..... full job details .....
