Remedy are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our team.-This role will involve outreach working, on a-1:1 basis with children-with various special needs, communication, speech and language-difficulties.-

Responsibilities:-

• to assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for children with speech, language, and communication needs
• to deliver therapy sessions to improve communication skills
• to provide advice and support to families, carers, and other professionals
• to contribute to the development of service improvements
• to maintain accurate records of children''s progress

Requirements:-

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist-(Degree in SLT, HCPC registration).
• Experience working with-children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
