Project Manager - Sc cleared +6 months ++Hybrid - 3 days on site in Reading +Inside IR35+ 78 - 85 ph +SC cleared +Sole British nationals only due to nature of the project We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a new Digital HR solution within a complex and fast-paced environment.This role will take ownership from RFP and supplier selection through implementation, go-live, and transition into BAU operations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery partners, architects, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of secure, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle delivery of a Digital HR solutionManage project governance, plans, budgets, risks, and reportingSupport and coordinate RFP, supplier selection, and contract mobilisation activitiesManage external delivery partners and systems integratorsDrive stakeholder engagement across HR, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, and Technology teamsOversee go-live, hypercare, and operational handover activitiesEnsure delivery aligns with governance, architecture, security, and assurance standardsEssential ExperienceProven experience delivering COTS and/or SaaS HR solutionsExperience delivering HR implementations from RFP through to live operationStrong supplier and third-party management experienceExcellent stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagementStrong understanding of project governance and assurance ..... full job details .....
