GXO is currently seeking a talented and driven individual for the role of

Transport Team Leader , to work at our busy BandQ site in Swindon. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning and running of the transport operation.This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00.What you’ll do

What you’ll do on a typical day:Leading and working as a team to be responsible for delivering operational performance and the maintenance of site systems and operational processesEnsure the efficient planning and running of the operation, including supporting people management processes and the management of a team of core drivers, agency and support staffEffectively support the Transport Shift Manager to ensure KPI’s are delivered in line with targetsWork collaboratively with the management team to ensure optimum performance and efficiency, whilst building positive working relationships with direct reports, peers and 3PL’sWhat you need to succeed at GXO
