You''ll support customers with booking and appointment queries while helping the team manage a high volume of enquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone and email.Handle calls regarding outstanding appointments and bookings.Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.Complete associated administrative tasks accurately.Work across multiple systems while managing a busy workload.About YouPrevious customer service experience.Strong administration and IT skills.Excellent communication and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
