Job Title: Data Management Analyst Location: Leatherhead Salary: £28,000 per year Job Type: Permanent, Full Time We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Management Analyst to support the effective management, accuracy, and integrity of data across our business systems and processes. The role will work across meter data, billing, market systems, CRM, reporting, and financial processes. You will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining data, identifying discrepancies, supporting the resolution of queries, and ensuring information is accurate and managed in line with business processes. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, has a methodical approach, and is looking to develop their analytical and data management skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Review and maintain meter reading data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Review AMR readings and assist with checking back-end configuration settings. Review billing information and support the investigation and resolution of billing queries. Help maintain data quality and consistency between market systems, internal billing systems, and CRM. Identify discrepancies within data and systems and raise these for further investigation where appropriate. Support the maintenance of engineer route scheduling, ensuring information is kept accurate and current. Maintain and collate data for regular reporting requirements.
