We supply, install, and maintain a wide range of water softeners and filtration systems for domestic, commercial, and industrial clients.Purpose of the roleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and installation of a wide range of water softening equipment, including Fleck, Clack, Harvey s, and Autotrol systems.This role involves visiting client sites, diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, and ensuring installations are completed to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities Service, maintain, and install water softeners and filtration systems (domestic and commercial).Diagnose and repair faults on a range of systems, including Fleck, Clack, Harvey s, and Autotrol.Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance.Provide technical advice and support to customers.Complete job reports, service documentation, and communicate effectively with the office team.Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations.Always represent the company professionally.
