Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Cask Handler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of the casks, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload materials from lorries and containers, ensuring safe handling practices are followed.Engage in materials handling tasks, including sorting, stacking, and storing products in designated areas.Maintain an organised and clean work area to promote safety and efficiencyAssist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing casks.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols.Skills and experiencePrevious experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferredFamiliarity with warehouse management systems will be considered a plusAbility to perform moving and handling techniques as required by the role, with a focus on safety.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining inventory accuracy.A proactive attitude towards teamwork and communication is necessary for success in this position.Please note this role is a temporary week to week contract.Dayshift 13.43 per jourEarly shift 15.62 per hourBackshift 18.83 per hourYou will commence on the day shift until your training is complete, you will then move onto rotating shifts which can cover all patterns.Join us as a ..... full job details .....
