The PositionWe are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Maintenance Manager to oversee a variety of on-site maintenance functions.Based full-time within the development in Deptford, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the upkeep of external and internal site areas to the highest of standards while reporting into the Building Manager.The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:Perform daily site walks, resolve issues, and report defects and relevant maintenance issues to the Building Manager along with corrective suggestions.Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all communal areas.Manage refuse collection areas and related activities.Power wash, mow, and grit external surfaces as required.Direct and accompany contractors around site.Ensure all interior and exterior lights ..... full job details .....
