What You''ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences via email, phone, and live chat in Italian, French, and English.
• Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, and enquiries, ensuring every customer feels valued.
• Collaborate with internal teams - Warehouse, Logistics, IT, and Sales - to keep the customer journey seamless.
• Uphold the brand''s luxury standards and provide professional, friendly, and efficient service.
• Keep customer tickets up to date and provide timely updates on all enquiries.

What We''re Looking For

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or luxury brands.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Confident using digital systems to manage customer enquiries.
• A passion for fashion, attention to detail, and a flair for delivering memorable customer experiences.
