In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.About this teamThe Retail Operations team is the bridge between the SSC and the Retail stores and plays a pivotal role in representing the stores'' voice at the SSC. We lead initiatives that transform our Retail and Guest experience, and love strategic, resourceful, and innovative people who excel at operations. We touch all aspects of store operations, including ensuring stores meet and exceed company goals. You are passionate about supporting our stores and are best in class at completing complex projects quickly. In partnership with SSC and Store leaders, Retail Operations works on new initiatives to support store demands.A day in the life: what you’ll doOversee the review, publishing, and traffic flow of all Retail communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. Serve as the primary contact for all EMEA departments communicating with Retail teams.Manage the Retail Planning Calendar and work closely with SSC partners locally and globally to ensure initiatives, projects, and rollouts are planned efficiently.Manage project activities related to Peak season store operations, ensuring effective cross-functional partnerships with SSC and Retail teams.Act as the key liaison between SSC and retail teams, ensuring strategic initiatives are communicated and implemented effectively.Lead virtual communications, delivering information confidently and engaging audiences with expert hosting skills.Collaborate with international teams to align communication strategies and share best practices globally.Establish and track KPIs to evaluate communication effectiveness and drive improvements.Manage the retail communication and localization budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation.Collect and analyze feedback from Retail teams to enhance communication and engagement.Hold regular calls with key partners to coordinate upcoming activities and prioritize planning.Support the induction of new team members by representing Retail Operations in SSC inductions.Design and create new tools and chapters within the Retail Operations Manual.Maintain the EMEA Retail Operations Hub.Qualifications, skills and experience5+ years experience, ideally in retail communication or planning.Strong ability to work independently and as a cross-functional partner.Effective leadership and communication skills.Outstanding attention to detail.Resourceful with a high level of initiative.Ability to produce clear, compelling communication in various formats.Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-project management skills.Experience with InDesign is preferred.Role classificationThis role is classified as In-Person under our global SSC Hybrid Workplace Policy: [In-Person]Work is mainly performed from the SSC office, 3-4 days per week depending on role requirements.Only those under consideration will be contacted.
