We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Cleaning Team Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations across industrial warehouse sites at AG-13. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning, leadership experience, and the ability to work flexibly across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate a team of up to 20 cleaning operativesEnsure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety proceduresMonitor and report daily progress using Excel and other basic reporting toolsCommunicate with clients via email regarding updates, additional works, and site needsOperate and oversee use of industrial cleaning equipment (scrubbers, vacuums, etc.)Complete documentation such as task sheets, incident reports, and quality checklistsBe available to travel and stay overnight in hotels when requiredManage cleaning schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met Requirements: Proven experience supervising cleaning teams in an industrial or warehouse environmentStrong leadership and organisational skillsAbility to work long shifts (12 hours) and 6-day weeks during busy periodsComfortable using Microsoft Excel and email for communication and trackingFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay overnight for projectsGood understanding of cleaning safety standards (COSHH, PPE use)Right to work in the UK What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experienceTravel and accommodation covered when working awayStable, ..... full job details .....
