Your new company I am currently partnering with a growing Property business, specialising in Residential and Commercial Property, who are looking to hire a Property Accountant. Working closely with the Directors and Property Managers, this is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across the business and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making. Your new role You will play a key role in supporting the Directors and Property Management team. Your responsibilities will include: Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reports Managing service charge accounts and annual reporting Overseeing daily processing of rent and service charge receipts Managing bank reconciliations and resolving reconciling items Completing and submitting VAT calculations and returns Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reports Liaising with operational teams and providing financial information and support What you''ll need to succeed You''ll ideally be newly or recently ACA qualified from a Midtier practice, with strong accounts preparation experience. Experience working with clients in the property / real estate industry is a bonus.
