These are ultra high net worth properties including large private estates, multi level penthouses, dedicated cinemas, and fully integrated whole home control systems. Everything is engineered properly, documented clearly, and delivered to an exceptional standard. This is not volume work. It is precision led, quality first integration. They are now looking for a Lead AV Engineer who can take ownership of technical delivery on site and set the standard for others to follow. The role This is a hands on lead position where you remain heavily involved in installation and commissioning, while also taking responsibility for technical direction on site. You will be the point of reference for complex decisions, system behaviour, and final quality, working closely with design, programming, and project teams to ensure flawless delivery.
