Project Manager - MandE / Building ServicesThe OpportunityAn established building services business is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical (MandE) projects across the UK.This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for projects from inception through to completion, managing programmes, budgets, site teams, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.The successful candidate will be an organised and commercially aware project professional with a proven background in construction project management, strong people management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.The position is suited to someone who can take ownership of their projects, resolve challenges proactively and maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management and DeliveryManage multiple MandE projects from inception through to completion.Plan, coordinate and monitor project programmes, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget.Manage project resources, labour requirements, materials and subcontractors.Monitor project performance, identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.Ensure project specifications and client requirements are met.Maintain accurate project documentation, programmes and progress reports.Coordinate site activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery.Commercial ManagementManage ..... full job details .....
