We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. 

Summary of the Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk role 

Salary: £30,000 
Location: Bedford 
Type of Contract: Permanent  
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am -5pm or 8am-4pm  

Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk

• Focus on expenses
• Resolving invoice queries
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Processing internal expense claims
• Supplier liaison
• Day-to-day admin – answering the telephone, filing photocopying

Requirements for a successful Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk

• Experience in purchase ledger and supplier reconciliation
• Strong numeracy skills
• Attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Excel and SAGE
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
