Job Title: Technical Compliance Manager Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) Location: Dunmow (Office and Site Based) Term: Permanent Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday Role Overview An experienced Technical Compliance Manager is required to provide technical oversight, compliance support and on-site leadership across electrical projects. The role combines office-based supervision with leading larger installation and testing works, as well as training and supporting engineers and apprentices. Key Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for technical queries Review and sign off EIC, EICR and Minor Works certificates Generate remedial quotations from inspection reports Lead larger installation and testing projects on site Conduct regular site and engineer audits in line with NICEIC guidelines Deliver toolbox talks and support engineer/apprentice development Support surveys, planning, risk assessments and project scheduling Check technical reports (PAT, thermographic, load monitoring, emergency lighting) Ensure paperwork and certification are completed accurately and on time Promote strong health and safety standards at all times Essential Skills and Experience Recent experience as a Qualifying or Technical Supervisor Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) ECS Approved Electrician Card Minimum 5 years'' commercial/industrial electrical experience Inspection, testing and certification experience PAT testing knowledge Strong ..... full job details .....
