Accounts Assistant
The Accounts Assistant will provide essential support to the Financial Controller and Management Accountant, assisting with day-to-day financial operations and administrative duties. This role requires a reliable, organised and approachable individual who is committed to delivering high standards of accuracy and customer service.Key Responsibilities - Finance TeamProcess and manage employee expensesAssist with stocktake processes and related reconciliationsMaintain and update Special Price AgreementsManage and update the Import LogPrepare rebate calculations and supporting documentationMaintain the Periodic Maintenance LogAdminister and monitor Fuel Card recordsProvide telephone support for HQ as requiredProcess Matrix requestsMaintain and update the sales ledgerAdminister the online shop platformSet up new customer accounts and delivery pointsPost Credit Card, PayPal and SagePay receiptsProcess credit card paymentsPurchase ledger responsibilities including invoice matching and inputting supplier invoicesManage and respond to emails in the HQ mailboxPrepare daily bankingProvide general administrative support as requiredSkills and CompetenciesPrevious experience within an accounts or finance administration roleStrong customer-focused service approachProfessional, friendly and approachable mannerEffective time management and organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong team-working ..... full job details .....
