Key duties include:Sourcing and purchasing key components and materials to ensure a timely, cost-effective, and high quality production processEnsuring adherence to the company budget whilst meeting company production schedulesSupplier Management through building and maintaining strong working relationsIdentify and evaluate new suppliersNegotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery termsMonitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standardsManage inventory levels by strategic ordering to maintain adequate stock and prevent shortages or overstocking Analyse market and pricing trends and and identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve supply chain efficiency Work closely with production, quality control, finance, and logistics departments to align procurement activities with operational needsMaintain accurate purchasing records, update ERP systems, and ensure adherence to procurement policies and statutory requirementsAbout youYou will have a proven track record as a Buyer, with a minimum of 2 years experience and ..... full job details .....
