We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Golf and Sports Events Executive. As Golf and Sports Event Executive you will be responsible for managing inbound (reactive) sales enquiries for golf and sports bookings, including corporate golf days, residential golf breaks, wholesaler golf breaks, and various enquiry types for sports teams including football, rugby and cricket. This role supports overall revenue goals by ensuring a seamless and professional booking experience while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
Respond to all golf and group sport event enquiries across various channels for hotels across the Robin Manco portfolio
Convert leads into confirmed business and ensure that all bookings are effectively handed over to the on-property teams post confirmation
Build strong relationships with Golf Wholesales, Sports Agents and Teams, intermediaries, golf tour operators and event organisers
Accurately forecast golf and sport group rooms, green fee revenue and catering
Proactively cross refer lead opportunities within portfolio for both these segments or other Marriott properties where appropriate
Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and event orders in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the CRM system
Ensure all group requirements, including room blocks, catering (where possible) and ancillary services are clearly handed over to hotel event management teams to ensure seamless service
Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential
Hours40 hours per week over 5 days, predominantly Monday–Friday day shifts, with potential weekend or evening work for show rounds or client welcome events.

CompensationThis role offers an hourly rate of £14.06, ensuring you are paid for every hour worked.
