Your primary responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, managing invoices, reconciling expenses, and ensuring compliance with administrative and financial procedures. This role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Purchase Order Processing: Accurately review, raise, and manage purchase orders in a timely manner.Invoice Management: Process supplier invoices efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Credit Card Expense Management: Reconcile employee credit card transactions, verify supporting documentation and compliance.Client Applications and Sales Invoices: Issue monthly applications to clients on behalf of the project management team and raise sales invoices accordingly.Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain and update the Health and Safety database, ensuring subcontractors hold the required certifications for site access.General Administrative Support: Provides assistance with filing, scanning, answering phone calls, and handling other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.What you''ll need to ..... full job details .....
