HR Operations Specialist – Boutique Private Equity Firm - Up to £100k base + Large bonus potentialA hugely successful, rapidly expanding private equity firm is looking to hire their first HR Operations Specialist. Given recent and upcoming growth plans, the firm requires an internal HR resource with a broad remit. The role will cover recruitment, front-to-back onboarding of new employees, HR for existing employees (performance management, bi-annual reviews, training, grievances, etc.), and all HR administration. The hire will work on a wide variety of projects and will initially work with the CFO to implement a new HR system, for which they will laterown the ongoing ownership.Candidates should have 5-10 years of HR experience, ideally in a private equity, real estate, or infrastructure development environment. Candidates must have excellent academics and relevant industry qualifications.The role offers a base salary of up to £100k. The firm rewards staff with exceptional bonuses, and the HR Manager has the opportunity to earn a large percentage of their base as a bonus if performance is strong.Responsibilities
