The role: You''ll take ownership of: Insurance renewals and broker relationships Gas, electricity and wider procurement Supplier and broker negotiation Contractor vetting and compliance Governance and company secretarial support CRM, trackers and operational processes Projects and process improvements Overseeing and quality-checking team workloads What we''re looking for: Property experience is important, ideally within residential property or property management.
