My clients is a specialist, partner led practice recognised for its technical expertise in property finance, lender recovery and contentious litigation.They act for institutional and challenger lenders on high value, complex recovery matters and pride ourselves on precision, responsiveness and commercial insight.They are seeking an administrative assistant to support their Senior Paralegal.Main Responsibilities Will Include:Responding to internal legal queries and enquiries referred by other team members.Calculating redemption statements and assisting with the provision of undertakings.Preparing DS1 forms, deeds of release and other Land Registry discharge documentation.Assisting with invoice preparation and arranging payments to lender clients and third parties.Supporting fixed charge receiver appointments and associated correspondence.Assisting with consents to lease, title splits, section 106 agreements and letters of non?crystallisation.Conducting basic AML and compliance checks in accordance with firm procedures.Assisting with the distribution of surplus sale proceeds following completion or enforcement.Maintaining accurate file records and supporting effective day?to?day task management across matters.Person Specifications: Previous experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role, ideally within litigation or property related work.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Good written and verbal communication ..... full job details .....
