You''ll be working in their liner production unit, which is 4 hectares of glasshouse. The day-to-day will see you covering all tasks to grow quality stock, including potting, optimising space, and managing pest and disease strategy. This role will see you working closely with the wider team. You''ll be talking to the stock team, sales team to make sure everyone is on the same page. You''ll have the opportunity to train, develop and learn in this role. The business is well-known for their innovation, so you could get the opportunity to support with this. This could be in trials, technology and more. This diverse role will give you the opportunity to see the wider business, and work at the forefront of the industry whilst using your previous expertise. What do I need? You might have some experience working within a commercial nursery environment.
