THE OPPORTUNITYWe are working with a leading Insurance law firm seeking to add a senior Professional Indemnity Solicitor (Partner and Head of Department level) to their London office. Our client is a top-tier global practice looking for a talented lawyer to handle professional indemnity work and lead a successful team.

The firm primarily handles professional indemnity matters for solicitors, IFA’s, and construction clients in the UK. You will work within a high-profile team managing complex insurance litigation across financial lines and professional lines, including professional indemnity, DandO, FI, and coverage matters.

THE CANDIDATE8+ years'' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with experience in defending claims against professionals and construction clients. Experience in handling insurance disputes related to financial institutions, policy coverage, and Directors'' and Officers'' liability is required.

You should have experience managing or supervising team members or an entire department.
