We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Residential Property team, providing direct support to fee earners to enhance operational efficiency and client service.Day-to-Day of the Role:Provide general support to the Residential Property team, including preparing correspondence and legal documents.Manage client files effectively, adhering to internal procedures for opening, closing, storage, retrieval, and filing.Handle administrative tasks such as arranging document copying, managing diaries, and setting up meetings.Welcome and assist clients and agents both in person and by telephone, providing updates and assisting in progressing transactions.Prepare completion statements and handle pre-completion and post-exchange formalities.Complete online forms, including SDLT submissions, and prepare and submit Land Registry applications.Obtain information from local authorities and handle registration requirements and post-completion matters.Support departmental marketing initiatives and maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and organisational information.Utilise the firm''s case management system effectively and maintain high standards ..... full job details .....
