Client Services Manager Wealth Management Location: Bristol, Birmingham (with regular travel between offices and also Wimborne once a month ) Salary: Up to £55,000 The Opportunity We are partnering with a growing and highly regarded wealth management business seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to lead and develop a multi-site client services team across Bristol, Birmingham and Wimborne. This is an excellent opportunity for an established people manager who enjoys coaching teams, improving processes and delivering an exceptional client experience. The successful candidate can be based from any of the 2 office locations, provided they are flexible to travel regularly between sites. Travel expenses will be fully covered, with an expectation of spending time in each office to support and develop the wider team. The Role Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development and performance of the client services function, ensuring high standards of service delivery, operational efficiency and team engagement across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and support a team of Client Service Executives across multiple offices.
