Trinity Business Support are currently looking for three HGV 1 shunter drivers for our Washington based client. Due to a new automotive contract win, our client now require additional staff members to join their ever-growing team. Our client is a worldwide leader in the parts industry who supply various automotive manufacturers. Start dates are: Monday 3rd November x1 Monday 10th November x1 Monday 17th November x 1 Duties will include: Shunting trailers between two sites Using tug and tractor units to place trailers on docks and within warehouse locations Following site guidelines and policies Securing loads for transit Completing company paperwork You will undertake a two-week training, working with the driver trainer to learn all the fundamentals of the role Hours of Work: Rotating days and backshift Days 06.15-15.15 / Backs 16.00 - 01.00 flexibility The first two weeks whilst training will be on dayshift Ongoing work (no end date.
