Provide legal support to Israel product development teams on software licensing topics.Support sales teams with commercial agreements, including sales, pricing, and distribution agreements in Israel and potentially other European territories.Offer first-line legal support and counseling to Israel HR teams on employment law issues (terminations, employee escalations, communications), with support from in-house employment law experts and outside counsel.Assist with Israel litigation matters (general commercial and HR-specific) alongside in-house litigation experts and outside counsel.Help develop, implement, and communicate effective policies, processes, and training programs.Collaborate with the broader EMEA legal team to identify compliance risks, develop corrective action plans, and provide guidance to prevent future issues.Qualifications

Qualified lawyer in Israel or England and Wales.7+ years of relevant legal experience post-qualification.Experience in law firms and in-house legal departments.Fluent in Hebrew and English.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand complex matters and provide practical advice.Focus on pragmatic, risk-optimized solutions.High energy, positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.Strong presentation, facilitation, networking, and influencing skills.About Elevate
