Overview

We are looking to recruit two Diagnostic Radiographer Lecturers in the Division of Radiography. One permanent full time and a fixed term full time to cover maternity. The post will be primarily based on our Clerkenwell campus. The Division of Radiography, part of the Department of Allied Health, spans our Tooting and Clerkenwell campuses, offering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across healthcare disciplines. The Division delivers both Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiography, with Clerkenwell hosting undergraduate provision alongside specialist modules in MRI, CT, AI, and Patient Care, as well as a Foundation Programme in Radiography. Ranked 1st in London for Radiography, our provision is nationally recognised for excellence. Students benefit from state-of-the-art simulation facilities and a collaborative, research-informed curriculum, ensuring they graduate as highly skilled, confident professionals prepared for the evolving demands of healthcare.The appointed academic(s) will contribute to delivering and enhancing high-quality undergraduate radiography education and, where relevant, postgraduate provision. Duties include designing, delivering, and evaluating teaching; leading modules; strengthening clinical placement partnerships; and supporting student development. The role also involves contributing to research and scholarly activity through independent and collaborative projects, supervising research, publishing, presenting at conferences, and enhancing the Division''s research culture and impact. This position offers opportunities to shape education, support students, and advance research within the Division.Responsibilities
