Asset ManagerLocation: Stratford, London E20 Contract: 5 months Rate: 446 per day (Umbrella Inside IR35)We are recruiting for an experienced Asset Manager to join a Geotechnical Examination Team, planning and undertaking earthwork examinations in accordance with relevant examination standards and CIV/065.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage and undertake Earthwork Examinations.Complete desk-based site reconnaissance and identify suitable access strategies.Liaise with Access Planning teams on access, logistics and Safe Work Packs.Support planning of access opportunities, possessions and worksites.Undertake examinations safely in line with relevant safe systems of work and procedures.Accurately record and report completed and outstanding work.Maintain examination records and close out rejected examinations or feedback.Essential Experience and CompetenciesCOSS or IWA competency to work on the operational railway.Level 3 competency in Soil Slope Examinations (GEO-I-S) and Rock Slope Examinations (GEO-I-R).Experience producing high-quality examinations to CIV/065 standard.Experience using JBA Database and GizMapp.Knowledge of railway geography, network capability and Safe Systems of Work, including possessions, line blocks and blockades.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Good communication, IT and record-keeping skills.Disclaimer:This vacancy is being advertised by either Advanced Resource Managers Limited, Advanced Resource Managers IT ..... full job details .....
