The charity provides a wide range of accommodation and support services across London, recognising that homelessness is not just about housing, but also about addressing personal challenges and barriers.The RoleAs a Housing First Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering the organisation s Housing First model. This involves providing independent tenancies alongside intensive, personalised support for individuals with complex needs who have not progressed through traditional supported housing pathways.You will:Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clientsDeliver personalised tenancy support, including welfare rights, health, and community integrationCarry out assessments, risk management and case reviewsSupport clients in developing the skills and confidence to sustain their tenanciesWork collaboratively with outreach teams, housing providers, and external agenciesAdvocate on behalf of clients where needed and encourage self-advocacyAbout YouWe are looking for someone with:Experience supporting people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping or complex needsKnowledge of risk management, ..... full job details .....
