Key responsibilities:

• Supervise lessons in the absence of teachers, delivering pre-prepared plans

• Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment

• Support students of varying abilities and provide additional guidance as required

• Give feedback on student progress, behaviour, and engagement

• Uphold school policies as a positive and professional role model to students

• Work flexibly across different subjects and year groups

What we''re looking for:

• Confidence in leadership

• Experience in promoting positive behaviours

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Adaptability across a variety of school/subject settings

• A genuine passion for education and student development

• Experience working with children or young people

• Based in, or able to commute to, Amersham, Buckinghamshire
