Role: Finance Manager - part-time 3 days Sector: Creative Agency (Independent) Location: London SW1 Contract: 3 months Part-Time: 3 - 4 days per week (or approx. 22-24 hrs spread across 4-5 days) Salary: c£60,000 pa FTE Reporting to: CEO Ref: VFR 3323 VisionFR is delighted to be working with an Independent Global Branding agency, based in the UK with a growing US presence to find them a part-time Finance Manager for 3 months It is envisaged that the role will be three - Four days per week although this can be spread across 4-5 days if that suits you. You would be reporting into the CEO and have day-to responsibility for the transactional data entry, balance sheet reconciliations , Revenue Recognition, KPI reporting and production of the management accounts with presentation to the board. You would also business partner with the account handling team to assess and review monthly revenue recognition and WIP billing etc. This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing business of around 20 staff. Key Responsibilities of the Part Time Finance Manager Manage all accounts payable and receivable activities across the company. Daily accounting including supplier payments, sales invoicing, bank reconciliations, credit card and expense processing. Weekly cash reports and credit control status.
