Morgan Law is currently recruiting for a Procurement Lead to manage a buying team responsible for all sourcing activities not subject to full tender requirements, within the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Buying Team, championing continuous improvement and ensuring value adding activity is delivered.Identify and leverage opportunities within existing contracts and driving Service Level Agreement KPIs and internal performance improvement metricsProvide and interpret highly complex information for a broad range of internal and external stakeholdersEnsure the team operates in compliance with internal policies and wider legislation.Person Specification

CIPS qualification or qualified by experiencePrevious experience of managing a procurement teamKnowledge of NHS systems and processesExperience in negotiation and implementation of purchasing agreementsTrack record managing broad range of complex activities and delivering process improvementsStrong stakeholder engagement skillsThis is a 12 month fixed term contract offering a hybrid work pattern
