Marketing Lead - Southern Europe Cybersecurity / B2B Technology The Opportunity We are recruiting a Marketing Lead to own integrated regional marketing strategy and execution across Southern Europe for a leading enterprise cybersecurity business. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on demand generation, pipeline acceleration, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), customer growth and partner marketing across multiple markets. The Role You will act as the key marketing partner to regional sales leadership, translating commercial priorities into measurable multi-channel marketing programmes. You will manage regional marketing investment, prioritise activity by market opportunity and pipeline requirements, and deliver campaigns across digital, events, executive engagement, customer marketing and partner channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-country field and regional marketing strategy. Build annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales and pipeline objectives. Lead demand generation, ABM, integrated campaigns and pipeline acceleration programmes. Partner with enterprise sales teams on strategic accounts, buying groups and new-logo acquisition. Manage marketing budgets, investment allocation, campaign ROI and performance reporting. Deliver digital campaigns, webinars, customer and partner events, executive programmes and industry events.
