Key Responsibilities: Dealing with inbound web enquiries, ensuring all qualified opportunities are routed to the appropriate teams with all relevant notes provided. Allocating to the field sales team. Focusing on outbound calls to generate appointments i.e. to those that have been previously closed as lost, to old leads, new data bases, into existing customers for expansion and other activity as appropriate. To source and identify new business sales opportunities through targeted campaigns via various marketing mediums. Develop relationships with potential clients and identify prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions.
