Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Day to day management of transport and logistics team.Provide leadership to team in the form of process improvement, identifying development opportunities and performance management.Managing resources effectively for team to deliver best possible customer outcomes.Implement and develop effective standard operating procedures across the transport and logistics function.Manage key stakeholder relationships with suppliers and providersEnsuring cost efficiency and possessing commercial oversight of the transport and logistics operation, Identify and implement key performance metrics across team.Ensure legal compliance across full department, holding role of Transport Manager on the Operators ..... full job details .....
