Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Derby
Rate: -250 - -280 per day

8 week project

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage the build of New build retail units including car park.

Experience working on drive thru new build retail projects essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
• Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
• Managing snagging lists and quality control
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
• Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates -
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
