The firm has grown organically over the years to meet the needs of their clients and now have offices in major business centres in Europe, the Middle and Far East and America.Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join their high-performing finance team in London. This role is critical in ensuring payrolls are processed accurately, compliantly and on time each month.You will support end-to-end payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with Finance and HR teams, as well as external providers. Acting as a key point of contact, you''ll handle payroll-related queries with professionalism while helping to maintain efficient and compliant payroll processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and input monthly payroll data for UK and international employees (including Belgium and Riyadh)Manage new starters, leavers, payroll changes, and P45 processingVerify employee documentation and ensure data accuracy and completenessPrepare payroll reports and support payroll review processesCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll submissionsRespond to payroll-related queries from employees and external providersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislationLiaise with payroll providers (e.g. ADP) to resolve system issuesPrepare and upload pension data in line with regulatory requirementsSupport P11D and ..... full job details .....
