As an Interim HR Advisor, you''ll play a key role in supporting HR processes within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Your work will ensure managing ER processes and case work, supporting line managers with best practice, engagement and wellbeing initiatives. Client Details A values driven and people focused organisation in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry, based in Southall. Our client runs a dynamic and fast paced operation, to remain key players in the Food industry. Description Provide advisory support across multiple teams, leading on disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance. Supporting business leaders with process, best practice and managing ER cases. Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies. Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Contribute to HR initiatives (such as wellbeing and engagement initiatives) and projects as required. Profile A successful Interim HR Advisor should have: Previous experience in a similar HR role with operational or hourly paid workforce. A solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team goals.
