Working to provide exceptional levels of one on one service using brand knowledge to inspire customer purchase. A full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, the company is offering 26,500 - 28,000 per annum. Duties of the role: Exceptional communication at all levels, including with CEO/Founder and Head Office. Meet and greet all customers. Offer 1:1 service within the sales journey and after care. Aid customers in finding their desires and support with styling. Use a range of selling techniques to boost sales, promote brand and product. Provide suggestions for products based upon the knowledge gained. Restock and tidy the shop floor to ensure all products accessible and available. Operate the tills completing sales from start to finish. Create a portfolio of clients and maintain and engaging, interactive and communicative service and encourage repeat business.
