The Company 

AM2PM Group has been established for over 20 years and is a privately owned recruitment business who specialise in the management of clients Industrial temporary and permanent recruitment needs, both from branch and on-site locations.

We are currently entering into exciting  era of our growth strategy and we are looking to recruit an IT support person to come and be a part of this exciting time !

The Role 

With the recent introduction of a new IT system which will automate and streamline our business processes  to make us a faster and more efficient recruitment partner for our current clients and the recruiter of choice in the market place.

Our Technology and Innovations Director is looking for someone to work with him in this critical role , supporting the business with the IT system and aiding with training, IT set ups and roiling out new initiatives as the system evolves. We will provide you with support and training on the system and career progression.

Working on CRM automations and developing work pathways,visiting branch sites if required to support with training.

The Person 

You don`t need to be an  IT Tech person but you will need to have a great ability on systems, and have a real interest in IT systems and be able to think logically and problem  solve  effectively. You will be a great communicator and be able to talk to people at all levels, be patient and be able to support individuals to understand and  use the system correctly. A lot of our teams work under pressure so being able to support in a very calm and effective way is an essential part of  of this role.

You will be someone who has great customer service skills, perhaps having previously worked within an IT support role within a recruitment agency, although this is not essential.

You will  have a  positive can do attitude and be able to work under pressure. It would be preferable that you can drive and have your own transport as you may have to travel to branches to provide face to face  IT support and training. Be a great communicator both verbally and written and be smart and presentable with a professional attitude to the work place.
