The Company: Our client is a well-established financial planning firm with a strong presence in the Belfast area. With years of experience in the industry, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and streamlining their clients financial affairs. The Role: As a Financial Services Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to assist the financial advisors in their daily operations. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to financial advisors. Managing client communications and inquiries. Assisting in the preparation of financial documents and reports. Coordinating appointments and client meetings. Maintaining accurate records and client databases. Supporting the team with client reviews and ongoing service delivery. The Person: Proven experience in a financial services administrator role within an IFA. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Package and Benefits: Salary of up to £33,000 depending on experience. 20 days annual leave plus statutory holidays. Private Medical Insurance. 5% employer pension contribution.
