Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, you ll play a key role in managing the commercial function for Customer Care. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out practical quantity surveying tasks and associated commercial activities. Supporting colleagues across the Customer Care team with clear, accurate commercial insight. Completing administrative duties in line with QS and commercial best practice. Producing accurate monthly CVR reports, working closely with project teams to ensure current and forecast positions are fully captured. Managing subcontractor accounts, including payments, contract administration, claims, variations and final accounts. Ensuring all reporting including CVRs, expenditure and cash?flow is delivered accurately and on schedule.
