FTS Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Sales Manager to join our team in Purfleet, Essex. As Recruitment Sales Manager, you will be central to helping us grow our client base, you will be responsible for generating new business and working with the Branch Team to onboard new clients that they will then service. Over time, we would expect you to be able to start building and managing your own team, working with Senior Management to open new offices across the UK, and assisting in the management of those branches from a commercial and sales standpoint.
