It has evolved a fairer, more efficient and effective business model, structured to deliver leading advice-led wealth management services, giving financial advisers and their clients the best opportunity to fulfil their dreams and ambitions.We provide a dynamic work environment full of opportunity, one where both individual and team initiative and contribution is encouraged, so that together we can deliver better outcomes for our clients over the long term.The Titan Wealth Legal team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, proactive and resilient candidate who thrives on the pressures of delivering consistently high-quality advice to a dynamic and constantly evolving business, for a challenging and rewarding Wealth Management legal role focusing on regulatory advisory (UK and international) work to join their legal team on a permanent basis.The role requires the ability to manage a diverse workload of matters ranging from keeping abreast of regulatory developments impacting the Titan Wealth businesses, advising on regulatory implementations to assessing regulatory implications of new business initiatives and specific client situations.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the identification of new regulations that may impact the Titan Wealth businessesImpact analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements either in the context of regulatory change or business expansion initiatives in the context of wealth managementAdvising and liaising with Titan Wealth compliance colleagues on a wide range of issues, such as interpretation of regulations, assessment of cross-border scenarios and new policy developmentAdvising on wealth management client and product documentationResponding to ad hoc legal queries arising from the Titan Wealth businessesLiaising with outside counsel on a broad range of domestic and cross border jurisdictional issuesCritical Skills and Experience required:Qualified lawyer in England and WalesA minimum of 3-5 years post qualification experience in a UK financial services regulatory role in private practice and/or as in-house counselExperienced in UK regulatory requirements including the FCA’s Consumer DutyExperienced in both legal and regulatory risks associated with a wealth management businessThe ability to articulate legal issues, risks, complex concepts and the commercial implications of a recommended course of action in a clear and concise mannerQualifications (Essential and Desirable):Qualified lawyer in England and WalesA minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience in a UK financial services regulatory role in private practice and/or as in-house counselTitan Behaviours:Commercial AwarenessInnovationCollaborationTeam contributionProfessionalismOur employees are talented people, distinguished by excellence.
